Hello I’m looking for a position in Auckland preferably Central but willing to go to other areas. As a part time nanny or casual baby sitter. I don’t have my drivers license so am unable to do pickups but I can easily get around. I’m currently a casual babysitter for a 2 and 4 year old. I’m also quite flexible ? I am available to work short term, long term and to do one offs. some facts about me: I have babysat kids since I was 14. I have experience with kids ranging from Newborn to 9 years old. I plan to study midwifery and nursing in 2020, so I want to focus on jobs to do with Babies/ Kids. I have a personal affiliation with babies and children. I am currently at the University of Auckland, studying towards a Bachelor of Science (Psychology and Biology) and a Bachelor of Health Science (Population Health and Mental Health & Addiction). When I'm not studying I love to be around people and animals, travel and spend time at the beach. I also spend a lot of time tutoring high school students, or curled up somewhere with my nose in a good book. I have 2 first aid qualifications: a workplace first aid (basic first aid) certificate and a Pre-Hospital Emergency qualification. I also have basic food safety and communication and leadership qualifications. My first language is English, but I am also semi-fluent in Mandarin Chinese.
My availability: Available to work North Shore (Takapuna/Miford/East Coast Bays/Hibiscus Coast, Mondays to Fridays from 2.30pm onward & Fridays from 6am onward. $25-$30 per hour depending on requirements + annual leave/sick leave entitlements. Minimum of 3.5 hours per day required. Evening Babysitting, Monday through Friday from 6:45pm/7pm, or Saturday & Sunday from 6pm. Rate: $20 per hour, minimum of three hours. (Can start earlier on Saturday & Sundays, however hourly rate of $25 will apply up until 6pm which then defaults to $20 per hour) Mileage allowance of .76 cents per KM will apply if I am required to use my own vehicle
