Hi dear families! My name is Alexandra, but please call me Alex like my friends and family :). I’m a 19 years old girl from Germany who decided to take a gap year after my graduation this summer. So now I’m here in New Zealand with a working holiday visa to work and travel in New Zealand. I already have a lot experience with kids why I’d like to be a babysitter here in New Zealand as well. Because my mom and dad were born in russia I can speak next to english, my mothertongue german and basic school french, russian as well. I’ll stay here in New Zealand until June before I will go back to Germany to start studying.

In Germany i worked as a voluntary in a youth centre. There, I helped especially with the kids summer camps where I organised the activities, entertained the kids and cleaned up in the end of the day. The kids age were between 6-12 years. Next to it, I helped 10-14years old children at my school with their homework’s or with the learning for their exams. Furthermore, I have 3 small cousins with which I spend a lot of time. I was their babysitter for some weekends or evenings. Also I cared a lot for my 3years old nephew and made a lot of activities with him.
