I am passionate about home based care being parents first choice in childcare because of the low ratios 1:4 the flexibility with routine of the child. The ability to extend on each child's interest I provide a warm, safe, nurturing environment that runs supported program based on the Te Whariki Early Childhood Curriculum. Each child has their learning journal and is visited once a month by a registered teacher. The children have regular outings to play group, nature playgroup, Selwyn Village baby buddies and story time at the library. Weather dependent and who is enrolled on those days, which supports the Children's sense of belonging to the wider community. Feel free to look at my Facebook page Kim's Childcare or ring for a play date/interview
