Hi my name is Selena. I am 22 years old and am looking for some extra income by helping you out. I usually teach horse riding to kids, but due to the weather things are a bit slow at the moment. I love animals and children. Currently I own one pony who I broke in myself and one dog. I also love kids and have completed a lot of leadership courses such as the Spirit of Adventure, Outdoor Pursuit camps and did Camp America in 2013 before traveling through Europe on my GAP year. In the past, before my injury I played a lot of sport such as soccer, basketball and volleyball and love supporting kids who get involved. I also used to play violin and piano while I was at school.
I am a responsible babysitter with experience caring and teaching children. Skilled in creating fun, engaging and educacional activities, while demonstrating priority in children's safety and well-being
Hi, I am a 34 yo French nanny with over 20 years of experience. I specialize in looking after very little ones and turning them bilingual. I adore my job and make sure your little angels get all the amount of care, love, stimulation and fun to grow them into awesome kids. Very outdoorsy by nature, I also enjoy craft, being silly, climbing trees and singing lullabies for hours. I have a very extensive network of parents and carers and your child will have plenty of opportunities to make friends and socialize in French and English. Looking for up to 20hrs/week as I teach Pilates as my other job love. I live in Herne Bay, have my own car and I'm always happy to help with casual babysitting.

I also took an after school debating class for majority of 2018. In 2019 I will continue work at ANI focusing on the health and well-being of the students, finishing work at 3pm every day. I am reliable and responsible individual with experience and tertiary level knowledge on child development and psychopathology. If you are interested in talking further I would love to hear from you!
I am married with three grown children. I have worked part time in a variety of positions mainly with children which I enjoy the most and feel that is my vocation. To be able to help children in their development, milestones, education and explore the world around them with different activities is a rewarding experience. I am into cooking, Arts, Crafts, read music, play the flute, reading, social study/ human interest documentaries, good movies.I love the outdoors, nature, bush / beach walks, swimming, boogie boarding, volley ball and playing with children.
I am very enthusiastic about working with young children and I have plenty oexpereince including infants under the age of 1. I can provide excellent references. I have been studying early childhood education for over 4 year and I am now studying a Bachelor of Arts in education at Massey university.
My journey into education started in 2007 when I first began working at an ECE centre. Since then I have gained a Bachelor of Education from the University of Auckland and become a fully registered teacher. In 2016 I travelled to Italy to learn more about the Reggio Emilia approach which strongly inspires my work with children. My philosophy is also guided by Magda Gerber’s respectful approach and in 2015 I took part in the RIE foundations course to deepen my knowledge on respectful practice. These experiences have led me to believe that educating children in the home is best as it provides children with the peaceful and authentic environment that they need to grow and learn. The relationship I build with each child is the most important part of my work as within a trusting and supportive relationship, children can participate in quality learning experiences and truly thrive. My hope is that my home will be a special place to learn; where children feel loved, nurtured and respected.
